This site was first born as Cyber Muslima - The Internet Guide for Modern Muslimas on Xoom.com in 1998. It remained Cyber Muslima on AOL and on its own domain until 2003. At that time, the site was renamed ModernMuslima.com and moved here.
The purpose of Cyber Muslima: The Internet Guide for Modern Muslimas is to provide English speaking Muslim women with a one-stop comprehensive guide to authentic Islamic websites, as well as websites on health, cooking, family life, politics, and other interests. Modern Muslima also hosts original articles and guides of interest to Muslim women, converts, and non Muslims. We also aim to appeal to both Muslim men and non Muslim men and women.
