There is a myth, sometimes perpetrated by Muslims themselves, that Muslim women should not and do not have a voice to speak out with. The large presence of Muslim women on the internet serves as a living contradiction to this claim. There is a growing movement among young Muslims, men and women, to educate people on the rights given to women in the Qur'an and Sunnah, and to find ways to empower Muslim women around the world.
The links presented here take you to pages which are concerned with the issues facing Muslim women today, and yesterday. The pages are not always made by women, or even Muslims.
